1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing opsatlas.ai or submitting any form on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JOSA Digital LLC ("JOSA Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), the company operating OpsAtlas.

2. Description of Service

OpsAtlas is a pre-launch, pre-revenue product currently operating in validation and early access mode. The service ("Service") currently consists of:

• An informational website describing the OpsAtlas platform
• An early access request / waitlist form
• Communications related to product development and launch

Ride-Along Sessions

A Ride-Along request lets you ask OpsAtlas to observe one business process selected by you. After we accept a request, we will coordinate scheduling manually. The session may include a short intake and a live screen-sharing walkthrough by the person who performs the work. Participation is voluntary and consent-gated: the person sharing controls what is visible, may pause or stop at any time, and must grant browser permissions before screen sharing or microphone transcription begins. We ask that participants avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, health, or third-party confidential information during the session where practical; OpsAtlas will treat any such information observed in accordance with our privacy policy. Unless separately agreed in writing, a Ride-Along is an evaluation session, not a promise to deploy an agent or automate a process. OpsAtlas will use the observed information to prepare a Process Record, agent-readiness verdict, operations benchmark, and measured quote, typically delivered within 2 business days after the session.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent to use this site. By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

OpsAtlas is intended for business use. Consumer use is not the intended purpose of this platform.

4. User Conduct

By using opsatlas.ai, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use the site to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the site without our written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to remove your waitlist entry and block access to the site if we believe you have violated these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on opsatlas.ai — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, feature descriptions, dashboard designs, and the OpsAtlas brand — is owned by or licensed to JOSA Digital LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our express written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use the OpsAtlas name, logo, or brand.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

JOSA Digital expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the site
• Warranties that the product described will launch, meet your requirements, or achieve any particular result

This is a pre-revenue product in active development. Features, pricing, and timelines are subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOSA DIGITAL LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THIS SITE OR SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so the above may not apply to you in full.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including Stripe for payment processing. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Clicking such links is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at john@josa.digital. We'd rather resolve things directly than in a courtroom.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify waitlist members via email.
