OpsAtlas Ride-Along

Pick the process you hate most. We'll watch it happen.

One 45-minute Ride-Along session. We observe one real process in your business — as it actually runs, not as the manual says — and hand you a verdict: can an agent take this over, and exactly what would that cost.

No slide deck. No cleanup. Just a short intake, then the real process.

You already know which process it is.

Every shop has one. The vendor bills that take somebody two hours every Friday. The dispatch board that only one person understands. The invoice that touches four systems before it goes out.

You've stopped noticing how much it costs because it's just how things work. We haven't.

One session. Three steps. Real numbers.

1

Tell us the process (15 min)

Before the session, a short guided intake figures out which process to observe, who runs it, and what systems it touches. Your intake also produces an operations benchmark, benchmarked against 177 service-company process types in the OpsAtlas ontology and delivered alongside your verdict.

2

We ride along (45 min)

The person who actually does the work shares their screen and walks through the process live. We capture every step, decision, exception, and handoff — with timestamps. You control what's shared, start to finish. Nothing is recorded without explicit consent, and you can pause or stop at any point.

3

You get the verdict

Within 2 business days you receive a written verdict: is this process agent-ready, what parts can be handed off, what stays human, and a price built from the measured minutes — not a guess. If the math doesn't work, we tell you that too.

Even if you never spend a dollar with us.

  • A Process Record. The first accurate documentation of how that process actually runs. Most shops have never had this.

  • An agent-readiness verdict. A straight answer on whether this is automatable, in plain language.

  • A measured quote. Priced from observed minutes and your real monthly volume — labeled as a measured estimate, confirmed against volume before anything is deployed.

  • Your Operations Scorecard. The benchmark from your intake, benchmarked against 177 service-company process types in the OpsAtlas ontology and delivered alongside your verdict. Send it to your GM, your partner, your Monday meeting.

The agent works inside guardrails you control.

If the verdict is good and the price makes sense, deployment is planned through the OpsAtlas Harness model — the management layer that treats agents like staff, not software.

  • Autonomy Dial: you decide whether the agent watches, asks first, or runs on autopilot.
  • Approval Inbox: anything the agent isn't sure about comes to a human before it happens.
  • Daily Brief: what it did, what it flagged, what it saved.
  • ROI Ledger: running tally of hours and dollars recovered, so you're never taking our word for it.

You can dial an agent down — or off — anytime. It's your shop.

Is this a sales call in disguise?

No. The session is the product. You get the Process Record, verdict, and scorecard whether or not you ever deploy anything.

What about our data on screen?

The person sharing controls what's visible at all times. Capture is consent-gated before anything starts, and our privacy policy spells out exactly what is kept and what never leaves the session.

Do I have to be technical?

No. If your team can share a screen, they can do a Ride-Along. The person who does the work runs the session — not the owner, not IT.

What if the process isn't automatable?

Then the verdict says so, and you've lost 45 minutes and gained the first real documentation of that process. Some processes aren't ready yet — we'd rather tell you that than deploy something that fails.

What does the full-business version look like?

After your first agent is running, most shops want the wider view. The OpsAtlas Diagnostic benchmarks your whole operation and ranks every automation opportunity by ROI. That's the expansion — the Ride-Along is where everyone starts.
